Mental Health and Well-being

This page is being developed to include additional information and resources which we hope you find useful.

Please continue to check this page as we add more.

I have worked at Walderslade Primary school for several years, in lots of different roles finally qualifying as a Teaching Assistant.  I am currently the Year 4 TA and based in Cherry Class. I am extremely interested in Wellbeing and Mental Health issues particularly children and young people, especially living in these strange and sometimes difficult times.  I feel  it is important that we at Walderslade Primary School, aim to promote positive mental health and wellbeing for our whole school community (children, staff, parents and carers), and recognise how important mental health and emotional wellbeing is to our lives in just the same way as physical health.

Listed are some helpful links.  For any other advice or help please contact via school office.
